Managing dental centers (and practice groups) involves centralizing highly sensitive operational and billing data. To guarantee complete compliance with the GDPR and preserve medical confidentiality, the architecture of odonto.bot refuses any sharing or pooling of database instances.
What is Tenant Isolation?
Each clinic group or organization subscribed to odonto.bot has its own isolated HDS hosting instance in Europe. Information never mixes. All API transactions pass through a strict identification header: X-Tenant-ID. This identifier routes queries to the dedicated, encrypted environment (certified AICPA SOC 3 and compliant with the EU Cloud Code of Conduct).
Hosting is based on the Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, certified HDS (Hébergement de Données de Santé) in Europe. You can consult the official HDS Google Cloud Certificate for more details.
« Odonto.bot applies Clean Room principles from end to end. No information leaks are structurally possible between different practice groups. »
Seamless integration with MCP connectors
By isolating data, odonto.bot enables the use of the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Your preferred language model accesses your database via an encrypted gateway, without ever exposing this data for training purposes or to third parties.
Through this choice of advanced software engineering, odonto.bot provides CFOs and CEOs with the assurance of seamless legal compliance and technological sovereignty (including compliance with the EU AI Act).
